UL provides a wide array of services to manufacturers of equipment for use in gas & oil -- from obtaining U.S. safety certification to meeting international safety requirements.
Services include:
- U.S. and Canadian Certification
- CB Test Report and Certificate for water valves
- Field evaluation of products or systems already installed
- Commercial Inspection Testing Services (CITS) - Testing to customer specified requirements
- Preliminary Investigation (PI) - Evaluation designed for customer specified products in the early design stage. This service is also recommended to determine the status of compliance to the appropriate requirements.
