CPSC Recall of Surge Protectors

CPSC announced the recall of 68,700 Surge Protectors, the recall indicates that the molding of the plastic 360 degree rotating plug, which allows for easy cord movement, can crack or detach from the plug assembly, posing a shock hazard to consumers. The surge protectors were manufactured in China for Power Tech Industrial Co. Ltd. and sold by Independent distributors nationwide and the internet by Belkin International (importer).
