If you observe a situation in which the ULC Mark or UL Mark has been applied in the field, the ULC/UL Mark is being misused, a company's reference to ULC/UL is misleading, or a ULC/UL Listed product has failed to operate safely, please submit a Product Incident Report using the appropriate link below:
