UL 60065 - SEVENTH EDITION(Sub) CLAUSE / ANNEX NUMBER:4.3.6 (Sub) CLAUSE / ANNEX HEADING:Fault Conditions OTHER RELEVANT (Sub) CLAUSES / ANNEXES (as applicable):11 DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:Clarification of the meaning of the first paragraph of Clause 4.3.6, which reads: APPLICATION GUIDELINE:The above clause is intended to cover motors that are located in hazardous AC or DC circuits and can cause a fire or electric shock hazard under fault conditions. Motors supplied by a circuit not exceeding 35 V peak and not generating voltages above this value where the current that may be drawn for more than two minutes at any load is limited to less than 0.2 A are not required to be stalled.
