The U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC) announced the election of Keith Williams, President and CEO of UL, as Secretary/ Treasurer. He was initially elected to the USCBC Board of Directors in 2006.

Williams, 54, is heading UL’s global expansion as a world leader in product safety and certification with 6,200 engineers, technicians and professionals working worldwide, dedicated to a mission of public safety while helping manufacturers bring safer products to market faster.
