UL West Coast Division: Camas
Underwriters Laboratories' Washington office is located in Camas Washington's Cascade Business Park along the banks of the Columbia River, due east of Vancouver, and northeast of Portland, Oregon. The city of Camas, which began as a paper-mill town (and still includes an operating mill, more than 100 years later) now has over 15,000 residents, several large hi-tech manufacturing industries and a blended mix of cultures, values, and vision. UL's Camas office the northern test lab location for the group of West Coast Division offices. Our Pacific Northwest location is also home to both the Division's Industrial Equipment testing operation, and UL's North America transaction center, which handles the post-testing data entry needs of our customers. Arriving by AirThe Camas office is accessible by air from two airports. One is 20 minutes away. The other is over 3 hours away. Portland International Airport (PDX), served by most major U.S. and some international airlines, allows direct access to the Portland/Vancouver/Camas area, and is located approximately 12 miles (20 minutes) southwest of the Camas office. When driving from PDX, take I-205 northbound toward Seattle, and follow the driving directions to the office. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is served by most major U.S. and some international carriers. It is located approximately 170 miles (about 3½ hours) northeast of the Camas office. If you choose to drive from SEA, take I-5 southbound and follow the driving directions to the office. Arriving by CarThe office address is: Visitor parking is in front of the building.
