- UL’s Online Certifications Directory for all product certifications is available on UL’s Web site.
- Product certification investigations for the UL Mark are conducted at 21 UL affiliate offices in 17 countries.

ANSI process.
- UL's new EPH Mark for drinking water products and food service equipment is introduced.
